227后补料材料（北京使馆）讨论贴

11.28后申请的，现在已经收到RN了，按照他的要求，需要在120天内将具体使馆所要求的材料递到相应使馆。
现开此贴，一起讨论正常情况下的材料准备工作。
请办过相关材料的过来人给给意见，特别是红色的地方。谢谢

北京使馆所需的材料要求是：

具体如下：

1。Forms
这个应该都没有问题，就是先前递交到Sydney的材料

2。Identity and civil status documents
出生，婚姻等的证明
需要去公证吧？！

3。孩子信息（如果适用）
出生证明（上面有父母的名字）
这个应该医院出生的birth certificate就可以了。中英文的，貌似不用公证了。

4。旅行材料和护照
所有人的护照首页复印件

5。加拿大亲属的证明，如果适合的话

6。教育/培训/资格证书
适合于22岁以上人员
学位证书和成绩单（大学信封密封） -- 是否就是最高学历？里面没有明确？
专业资格证书 --- 这个需要公证么？！上面写明的是notarized professional qualifications，比如MCSE/CCIE等要去公证？）

7。工作经历 --- 这个应该是最烦人的了
主申请人和配偶都需要
公证过的雇佣合同，现在的和以前的都需要，提供相应的英语或法语翻译。 这个怎么准备阿？这个今天研究了一下，公证处提供工作经历证明，需要把以前的合同或者证明提供给她做公证
过去和现在的雇主推荐信原件。（必须写在公司抬头的信纸上，必须有下列信息公司的地址，电话和传真号码，以及要公司标志）。这个好像也有点难度吧？？

8。语言证明
考IELTS
特地说明一下，没有最低分限制，平均分也无意义。只要你的总分数够67分就可。

9。已有工作安排，如果适合

10。如果配偶和小孩不一起移民，提供申明

11。Settlement Funds
到银行去开满足最低登陆要求的可以自由支配的存款凭证（人民币）

12。无刑证明
需要公证么，还是自己翻译？公正以后原件是不是要给公证处拿掉了？

18岁以上人员需要。

13。FEE payment
支付right of PR费用，每个18岁以上人员每人490加元。
可使用RMB支付，也可使用加币（人民币汇率在5.69一下使用加币合算）。使用RMB的话使用邮政汇款。加币的话同第一阶段

14。Envelopes or labes
4个地址信封。上面有邮政编码，你的邮件地址（中文和拼音）
拼音是干吗的？

15。照片
每人符合规定的照片6张（具体参考在附录B）

好像按照材料上说，成绩单是大学开始以后都要的，包括大学的；
认证只做最高学历认证就行了，我的理解是如果是硕士，那就说一个硕士学位认证就ok了。

本人不小心下了一个以前的，（after 1st september）,只要求复印件之类的，大多不需公证，高兴不已。
后来发现移民局网上早更新了，改为提供原件、公证件等，真真麻烦哦

推荐信要原件是对的，问题是要什么公司章封口信封，我一直就没看懂是什么意思？！要做成像成绩单一样的密封件吗？

是不是公司的标志？
信纸上需要显示：公司地址，电话和传真以及公司的标志？

我觉得是在信纸上盖章的意思，不是信封。
official seal就是公章的意思。

不过按照西方推荐信的惯例，是应该装在封口信封里的。

关于无刑证明。---我理解是指需要派出所开出的证明加上相应翻译（合格的翻译）就行了。谁有无刑证明的翻译件，参考一下，谢谢。

好像有的地方如果公证以后，原件会收掉（深圳南山好像是的）。所以我认为这个不需要公证。

关于translation和公证。这个很重要，可以省钱阿！
这样的话只有出现certified/notarized的才需要公正了！

那么只有这些需要公正了：

专业证书，如果有的话
工作经历证明
出生证明（除非你有出生证，那就不用了）

不需要公证的：
婚姻证明
孩子的出生证明（有医院的出生证了）
学历学位成绩单（需要学校的密封件）
无刑证明

具体哪些只需要translation，而哪些需要公正（或者translation后公证呢？这里有答案：

Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and

an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and

a certified copy of the document.
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.
NOTE：Translations by family members are not acceptable.
这说明只要不是家庭成员翻译的就可以。当然翻译要翻译的好。

Certified copies or notarized documents
To have a copy certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
‘‘I certify that this is a true copy of the original document’’
the name of the original document
the date of the certification
his or her name
his or her official position or title

很多朋友一看到Seal就直接翻译成"密封的信封装着你的资料"
其实这是不对的,
再加上很多人以讹传讹, 就更加混乱了.

Seal本意是指印章而已.


我在hk.pdf里面搜索seal, 把不是密封信(却常常被大家说成密封信)的地方指出来:

证明要盖公司章而已, 并非说要塞进信封密封盖章.
记得一些朋友翻译并理解为"人事部把意见封好装进信封, 他写什么你不知道" 错了, 不是这意思
